The Wazir Agha Library, University of Sargodha, organized a two-day professional training workshop for faculty members of the Faculty of Sciences, aimed at enhancing their teaching and research capacities through modern data analytics and computational skills.

The workshop, titled “Advanced Data Analytics Using Python,” focused on data analysis techniques, the effective use of digital tools in research, and evidence-based academic decision-making. Chairman, Department of Statistics, Prof. Dr. Zahoor Ahmed, served as the resource person and delivered detailed sessions on advanced data analytics techniques using Python.

More than 30 faculty members from various departments of the Faculty of Sciences participated in the training. Alongside structured lectures, hands-on practical sessions were conducted to enable participants to develop both conceptual understanding and practical expertise.

The training workshop was held under the Research Support Program of the Wazir Agha Library, under the supervision of Chief Librarian and Director Academics Dr. Uzma Shehzadi, while Research Support Librarian Javed Iqbal performed the duties of coordinator.
