Registrar is the Chief Operating Officer and Secretary of the various academic and administrative bodies of the University including Syndicate. The office assists the Vice Chancellor in the overall functioning of the University ranging from academics, affiliation, registration and administration. The office of the registrar ensures the implementation of policies and rules & regulations for the attainment of the University’s vision and mission. This office works in close coordination with all the teaching and non-teaching departments to provide the best possible services to the employees and students. Meetings of various bodies/committees like Selection Board, Advanced Studies and Research Board, Academic Council and Syndicate, etc. are arranged by this office.



The office performs various functions with the assistance of its team members working under different branches.

Dr Muhammad Fahad Ullah


Dr Muhammad Fahad Ullah has been working as Registrar, University of Sargodha since August 16, 2018. Prior to this position, he worked as Deputy Registrar (Admin), University of Sargodha, with effect from November 05, 2012 to August 15, 2018, and also worked as Senior Geologist at National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK) for more than 5 years.
He always contributes to enhance the efficiency of the Registrar's Office by creating a positive work environment for both academia and administration resulting in the provision of outstanding services to the stakeholders. He carries Sargodha University’s mission to provide high-quality services to the citizens with the highest standards of integrity, accuracy, efficiency, confidentiality, and security.
