University of Sargodha Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Tasawar Hayat (H.I., S.I., T.I.) has announced the formation of a Rules Review Committee and plans to establish a medical centre for the welfare of employees and students.
He was addressing an interactive session of non-teaching staff from BS-5 to BS-20, where staff welfare, workplace discipline and institutional development came under discussion.
Emphasizing the importance of a respectful and supportive work environment, the Vice Chancellor said mutual respect must be the foundation of workplace culture. He stressed that employees’ mental health and well-being is a priority and called for a peaceful environment where everyone could perform their duties effectively.
“The University is our home, and we are all its custodians,” he said, urging employees to take responsibility for their roles and contribute to the institution’s progress with honesty and dedication.
The Vice Chancellor also listened to staff members’ concerns and assured them of timely resolution, reiterating the importance of discipline, mutual cooperation and a shared sense of responsibility in strengthening the University.
