UoS Shows Significant Improvement in HEC Yearly Progress Report for QEC

The University of Sargodha (UoS) has demonstrated remarkable progress in the Yearly Progress Report (YPR) compiled by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) for Quality Enhancement Cells (QECs) across the country.
According to the latest evaluation, the QEC at the University of Sargodha has achieved a score of 74.04, reflecting a substantial improvement compared to the 2019–21 score of 48.34 — marking an impressive 53% increase in overall performance.
Highlighting this achievement, Director QEC Dr. Imran Ghafoor Chaudhary dedicated the success to the continuous support and visionary guidance of the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas. He also expressed gratitude to the Pro Vice Chancellor, the academic and non-academic heads of departments, and the dedicated team members of the QEC for their commitment and teamwork.
Congratulating the QEC team, Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas, Vice Chancellor, University of Sargodha, said that this remarkable improvement is a testament to our institutional commitment to quality, accountability, and academic excellence. The collective efforts of our faculty, administration, and QEC team reflect the University’s progressive vision and dedication to achieving higher standards in education and research, he said. 
The Vice Chancellor added that the University of Sargodha would continue to strengthen its internal quality assurance mechanisms to align with global best practices and enhance the overall learning experience for students.
