Sargodha, November 19, 2022. The Human Resource and Development Center at the University of Sargodha organized the 9th Regional One-Day Training Workshop for Program Evaluators and subject experts of the National Agriculture Education Accreditation Council (NAEAC).
The objective of the training workshop is to help new program evaluators improve their skills in starting the process of evaluating and accrediting degree programs. It also focuses on teaching them how to conduct a participatory SWOT analysis and strategies for enhancing academic standards.
The workshop opening ceremony was graced by the Vice Chancellor UoS, Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas. He emphasized the importance of faculty development and underscored that such workshops play a critical role in enhancing educational standards. He further stated that these training sessions contribute significantly to the professional growth of faculty members and strengthen the university’s commitment to fostering sustainable and innovative agricultural education.
Dr. Abdul Ghaffar, Secretary of NAEAC said these sessions offer valuable opportunities for networking among education experts and institutions.
Workshop was attended by Dean Faculty of Agriculture Prof. Dr. Athar Nadeem, Director HRDC Khursheed Yousaf and faculty members of the college of Agriculture.
