UoS Concludes Fourth Phase of Professional Training Program

The Human Resource Development Centre, University of Sargodha, held the closing ceremony of the 4th Phase of it's Personal and Professional Development Program, designed to enhance the administrative and professional skills of university staff.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas graced the occasion as Chief Guest.
In his address, Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas remarked that in an era of rapid change, adaptability and continuous learning are vital for institutional success. He appreciated the HRDC’s efforts in organizing professional development programs that equip staff with modern administrative and managerial competencies. He urged participants to embrace innovation and apply newly acquired knowledge to improve operational effectiveness.
Director HRDC Amjad Hussain Janjua presented an overview of the training program, noting that 40 Assistants (BS-16) underwent training. He briefed that the program offered comprehensive learning modules, including detailed sessions on the UOS Ordinance, Statutes, Act and Policies delivered by him, and a segment on Workplace Ethics and Legal Compliance led by Dr. Yasir Aleem, Principal College of Law.
The event concluded with the distribution of certificates among all resource persons and participants, marking the successful completion of the program’s fourth phase.
