Welcome to the Institute of Art & Design - University of Sargodha. The Institute of Art and Design (IAD) is a vibrant center of creativity, innovation, and artistic excellence. Vision

Our Vision is to be recognized as a leading institution for art and design education, producing creative leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs who shape the national and global visual culture. Our Mission is to provide high-quality, practice-based education in Graphic, Textile, Interior Design and Fine Arts. To foster critical thinking, cultural awareness, and professional ethics. To bridge academia and industry through exhibitions, workshops, and collaborations. To empower students with the skills and confidence to excel in the creative economy.

Mission

The Institute of Art and Design at the University of Sargodha was established in 2007 by Mrs. Maryam Saif with a vision to nurture creativity and artistic talent whose dream and perseverance established this esteemed institute. Her unwavering commitment to education and excellence has created a lasting impact on countless lives. Initially, the institute offered only a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) program, focusing on the development of foundational artistic skills. Over the years, the institute has grown and evolved, expanding its offerings to include a diverse range of programs that cater to the dynamic needs of the creative industry. Today, we proudly offer four specialized programs.
