Mrs. Maryam Saif has established Fine Arts dept (currently Institute of Art and Design) of University of Sargodha in 2007. She is pioneer of this Department. She has worked hard for development of this department as Incharge of Dept for more than 12 years. She has left her precious and bright career at COMSATS Islamabad for progress of University of Sargodha and its Fine Arts Department.
She has done M. Phill in Art History from Lahore College for Women University, Lahore. Before That, She completed MFA from Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Previously, she served as Lecturer at Architecture Department, Comsats, Islamabad, Pakistan.
She has participated in 34 International and more than 120 National Exhibitions.
She has done research in many fields of Fine Arts, currently she is doing research on Effect of Art on Human Psychology and role of art for creating harmony in the society.
