QEC conducts teacher evaluation by student, course evaluation by student, graduating student survey, faculty survey, faculty course review report, alumni survey and employer survey through online survey portal twice a year.

University Rankings

QEC prepares data for University Ranking including HEC National Ranking, Times Higher Education Rankings, QS Rankings and UI Green Metric Rankings.

Pakistan Qualification Register

QEC updates Pakistan Qualification Register with programs offered by Sargodha University.

Training and Capacity Building

QEC conducts trainings of faculty members, departmental focal persons and Deputy registrars in accordance with HEC guidelines for preparing program data like SARs, Teacher Evaluation, IPE etc.

Implementation Plans

QEC prepares implementation plans at the end of the self-assessment cycle for the development of academic programs and departments.  

Reporting

QEC reports about the quality of academic programs to the Vice-Chancellor and HEC.  

Assistance in Recruitment Process

QEC staff is assisting university administration in the recruitment process for ensuring integrity and job specification.
