Dr. Nazir Haider Shah is an Associate Professor of Education with over fifteen years of diverse teaching, research, and administrative experience in Higher Education Institutions of Pakistan. He currently serves at the Institute of Education, University of Sargodha. Dr. Shah earned his PhD and MS in Education from the International Islamic University Islamabad. During his career, he has served in significant leadership roles such as Acting Chairman, Head of Department, Deputy Director QEC, and Additional Registrar Academics in University of Kotli, AJ&K and Mohi-un-Din Islamic University, Nerian Sharif, AJ&K. Dr. Shah has published 90+ National and International publications. He has supervised 9 PhD, 34 MPhil, and 36 Master’s-level researchers across a wide range of contemporary educational themes. His scholarly contributions, Editorial roles in Academic Journals, and active participation in International Conferences highlight his strong commitment to advancing educational research and developing innovative academic practices.
