Overview

The College of Law at the University of Sargodha was established as the Department of Law in 2002 and was upgraded to a full College of Law in 2013. It offers teaching and research in law and serves students, scholars and legal professionals. Our vision is to be a leading center of legal education in Pakistan, producing graduates who serve the nation and the world with honesty and a firm commitment to justice. Our mission is to deliver rigorous, practice-oriented legal education, to produce meaningful research, and to develop graduates who are skilled, ethical and prepared for the demands of the judiciary, the bar, the civil services and public life. To this end, the College offers the LLB, the LLM and a Diploma in Taxation Laws. Looking ahead, the College aims to expand its academic programs, strengthen its research output and publications, deepen its collaboration with the courts, law firms and national and international institutions, and enhance clinical and experiential learning, so that it remains responsive to the evolving needs of the legal profession and society.
