Dr. Noor Mustafa Khan has done M.Phil leading to PhD from University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Pakistan. Before That he completed Masters in Library & Information Science (MLIS) from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Bahawalpur, Pakistan. Previously he served as Assistant Librarian at IRM-NRSP.
