Dr. Shamshad Ahmed has done his PhD from the University of Karachi, Karachi, Pakistan.
Before that, he completed Master in Library and Information Science from the University of
Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan. Previously he served as Assistant Professor at the Islamia University of
Bahawalpur, Pakistan.
