Dr. Hafiz Rizwan Sharif is an energetic, determined and motivated foreign-qualified food technologist with immense teaching and research experience. He is currently working as Assistant Professor at University of Sargodha, Pakistan. He received Ph. D. in Food Science and Technology from the School of Food Science and Technology, Jiangnan University, Wuxi, China. He is HEC-approved Ph. D supervisor with excellent teaching as well as research abilities. His areas of expertise focus on utilization of latest encapsulation techniques for the development of functional foods to tackle malnutrition and diet related disorders. Dr. Rizwan has published 50 plus National and International publications in reputable international journals with 230 plus cumulative impact factor, h-index 24, i10-index 31, 3600 plus citations. He is co-author of 7 book chapters with Elsevier, Springer, and Taylor & Francis Group publishers. He has been recognized with Chinese President Award in China and best faculty member award by The University of Lahore. He also served as Guest Associate Editor of a prestigious international journal “Frontiers in Nutrition” and Associate Editorial Board Member of “Recent Advances in Food, Nutrition & Agriculture”. He is also an active reviewer of 20 plus national and international journals in the domain of food & nutrition.
