The Department of Forestry offers unique, integrative, and applied education that aims to flourish future leaders in the field of forestry and allied disciplines. The Department has established linkages with Punjab Forest Department and NGOs that help the students in getting field training and experience through forest management plans, internships and study tours to various forest plantations, natural forests and labs.
