Overview

The Directorate of Implementation is responsible to identify gaps between the orders issued by the Worthy Vice Chancellor from time to time and their in-time implementation across administrative and academic units of University of Sargodha. It develops an efficient and effective net-working with all stakeholders of the university including Pro-Vice Chancellor, Deans, Directors, Chairpersons, all Administrative Heads of the university and serves as a clearing house in terms of execution, implementation and completion of all reforms, academic and administrative, teaching , financial, development, research, maintenance, construction, infrastructure and expansion initiatives. The Director Implementation is Principal Coordinating Officer and empowered agent of implementation of decisions, policies and orders issued by the Vice Chancellor.
