Dr. Fahim Ahmed did his PhD from University of Tsukuba, Japan. He was selected as NIMS junior researcher in one of the top research institute of Japan (National institute of Material science). Before joining University of Sargodha, he was working as an Assistant professor at University of Education, Lahore and he also served as Head of Department of Physics at University of Lahore Sargodha campus. His research work includes Thermoelectric materials, magnetism, Renewable energy, and First Principle Calculations using DFT. He published his research work in highly reputed journals like Journal of Material chemistry A, Journal of Energy Storage, Journal of Materiomics. His research output also includes a patent.
