Dr. Saima Kausar has completed her PhD from Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad. She did MPhil from University of Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan and received her Masters and Bachelors degree from Lahore College for Women University, Lahore, Pakistan. Dr. Saima joined University of Sargodha in 2018, prior to that she had rendered her services as Lecturer/ Head of Deptartment (2009-2015) and as an Assistant Professor/Head of Mass Communication Department (2015-2017) at Queen Mary College, Lahore. She has also served at University of the Punjab as an adjunct faculty member (2007-2014) and National University of Modern Languages, Lahore (2012-2016) Moreover, Dr. Saima has authored one edited book, two book chapters and more than 15 research articles so far. Apart from teaching, she was an active member of the Curriculum Revision Committee formulated by HEC and served as a member Board of Studies at the University of Gujrat, Pakistan. Dr. Saima has supervised many M.Phil and BS theses and projects and has attended various national and International conferences.
