Office of the Resident Officer was established in 2002 along with inception of the University of Sargodha to look after the general administrative matters. This office is a blend of three wings i.e. Estate, Security and Horticulture. Estate wing deals with the matters of accommodation and allotment at the campuses and constituent colleges according to the allotment policy duly approved by the syndicate. Security wing is responsible for ensuring safe and secure environment for the students, faculty and staff to perform their roles peacefully. Horticulture wing deals with all the matters relating to clean and green campus. The campus contains lush green lawns, beautiful plants and long eye-catching trees which collectively make the campus picturesque.


Dr Muhammad Arshad

Resident Officer

Dr Muhammad Arshad has been working as Resident Officer since April 2020. Prior to this he served at various key positions including Director Riaz Shad Co-Curricular Forum, Deputy Chairperson Hall Council, Chairman Hall Council and Event Manager of the University. He has contributed a huge amount of efforts towards creating positive work environment for both academia and administration.
